(We provide all of your bed linens, but you will need to bring your own towels & personal hygiene items. Linen services are available if needed.) The upper level floor has 2 more bedrooms,full bath & loft w/futon & game system, one bedroom w/Queen bed, the other w/2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins). Ideal for a family to have a whole floor to themselves. The lower level or our home includes a walk out access as well as an amazing game room which includes a pool/ping pong table, and a bar area as well as 50” TV and sitting area. This lower level also features 2 additional bedrooms, one queen and one with two single twin beds (another area for a family) as well as a full bath with heated floors! So much to do right here: Winter - skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing; Summer - lake & beach! Big Boulder Mountain has all levels of trails including black diamonds runs, and snow tubing! A private and secluded corner unit with a huge outdoor deck area with included use of charcoal grill or propane grill and plenty of seating. This is a very spacious 1390 square foot 2 bedroom and a loft 2 full bath townhouse in the scenic and relaxing Lake Harmony. Big Boulder Ski Resort is within view across the lake and less than a mile down the road so you have very easy access to hit the slopes during your stay. With our lakeside and mountain views you will truly feel like you are on vacation! We are located only a few minutes drive to some great bars and restaurants in the area. We are also very centrally located for access to Split Rock Resort, Lake Harmony, Pocono Raceway and other great ski areas and Pocono mountain resorts with activities for everyone. Our first floor, 2-bedroom, 2 full bath condo unit can comfortably sleep 6 adults and is very private corner unit. The master bedroom is decorated in a "mountain bear" theme and has a king size bed and an attached full bathroom. Bedroom 2 is great for kids; they will love the "fish" themed room with bunk beds! The bottom level of each bunk is a double bed and the top is a single which makes the room very comfortable and flexible for anyone, has full bathroom attached. Enjoy the lakeside and ski slope views from our "deer and woodland animals" themed living room with new electric fireplace. The kitchen comes complete with everything you would need to cook a full meal during your stay! There is a deck off the living room with beautiful lake and mountain views. There is also a deck off the master bedroom located in the back of the unit. It is not unusual to see deer from this deck. The beautiful staircase leads to a sleeping loft with a full futon. There is a second master bedroom and bathroom with a whirlpool tub on this level. This condo is flooded with natural light from several skylights. Our condo is located in the building closest to the slopes. Perfect location for golfers. There are 2 golf courses minutes away at Split Rock and Jack Frost National. This is a 4 season area with plenty to do all year round.

We have a beautiful lakeside walking path to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. Summer fun includes use of the lakefront pool, kiddie splash pool and hot tub. We also belong to the Lake Club, where for a small fee, you can enjoy a sandy beach for swimming, fun on the floating trampoline, use of the tennis or basketball courts. There is also a playground and many activities for the kids. You can also rent boats for fishing or to just enjoy the water. If you are more adventurous, kayaks and stand up paddleboards are also available. Take a short walk to the Boulder View Tavern to enjoy a great meal or a drink at sunset. The Great Room has cathedral ceilings, a stone front fireplace and large Smart TV. Our kitchen has granite counter tops and all the tools you need to prepare family meals. The dining area seats 8 people and has more great views of the lake. The two first floor bedrooms each have TV's and private bathrooms . The loft area has two private bedrooms, a third full bath with jetted tub, a queen sleeper sofa and a roll away cot. There is also a quiet sitting area, a large screen TV area with a DVD player and game cabinet. There is also plenty of closet space in all the bedrooms and and a washer dryer off the kitchen Winter activities are a highlight of the area. Big Boulder Ski Resort is just up the road, Jack Frost and Camelback Ski area are a short drive away. Our home is a welcome retreat to enjoy the winter with a cozy fire in a warm and comfortable setting. During the warmer weather there are local Golf courses and hiking trails nearby. We have a beautiful lakeside walking path to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. Summer fun includes use of the lakefront pool, kiddie splash pool and hot tub. We also belong to the Lake Club, where you can enjoy a sandy beach for swimming, fun on the floating trampoline, and use of the tennis or basketball courts. There is also a playground and many activities for the kids. You can also rent boats and kayaks (for a small fee) or take a short walk to the Boulder View Tavern. We are close to the Pocono Raceway, The Crossings Outlet Mall, Camel Beach,Mount Airy Casino, Split Rock Resort, Kalahari, Penn's Peak, Jim Thorpe and Hickory Run State Park. Central air, heat, a fireplace with firewood that is available November 1st to April 1st in front of the building at no additional fee. Our condo is about 1/2 mile (about two minutes) from the ski lodge at Big Boulder Ski Area. There are six restaurants within a mile, one is in walking distance. The Boulder View Tavern is about an 8 minute walk and has entertainment almost every night. There is also a beach club that you can use for a small fee that has a beach, kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon boats and other watercraft for rent. Paintball, Whitewater rafting, hiking, boating are within 10 minutes. The beautiful Hickory Run State Park is less than 10 miles away with amazing views and waterfalls. The must see is boulder field which legend says that it was formed during the ice age. I grew up in the Pocono Mountains and I can assure you that the area is beautiful. There are so many things to do nearby. I have a binder in the condo describing the local amenities that include, restaurants, casino's, whitewater rafting, paintball golf and more. There are also festivals in the area. Beer Fest, Wine fest, Irish Festival are just a few. Within minutes are Split Rock Golf Course and Jack Frost Natioinal Golf Course. Pocono International Raceway is within five minutes and hosts NASCAR and Indy Races as well as specialty weekends such as the Corvette and other car club weekends. Within minutes there are four waterparks. H2O at Split Rock, Camelback, ("Camelbeach") Great Wolf Lodge and Kalahari (the world's largest waterpark) are each a short drive from the condo. There are also two casinos that are within driving distance. Mt. Airy and Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs are both about a 25 minute drive. Folks that have stayed at the condo have returned to stay and enjoyed the beautiful Pocono Mountains! The pool and hot tub are included in the price and are only open during the summer months but some other activities are not. Our cleaning service is weekly and includes twelve towels, six hand towels and one set of sheets for your stay and disinfectant fogging between stays. The cleaning fee is $85 per stay.

Welcome to our beautiful lakeside and ski front condo located in the heart of the Poconos! Our newly decorated woodland themed condo is on the shore of gorgeous Big Boulder Lake! Big Boulder Ski Resort is within view across the lake and less than a mile down the road so you have very easy access to hit the slopes during your stay. With our lakeside and mountain views you will truly feel like you are on vacation! We are located only a few minutes drive to some great bars and restaurants in the area. We are also very centrally located for access to Split Rock Resort, Lake Harmony, Pocono Raceway and other great ski areas and Pocono mountain resorts with activities for everyone. Our first floor, 2-bedroom, 2 full bath condo unit can comfortably sleep 6 adults and is very private. The master bedroom is decorated in a "mountain bear" theme and has a queen size bed and an attached full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a "fish" theme! There is a full-size bed and a queen bed, the room is very comfortable and can easily sleep an additional 4 guests, it also has a full bathroom attached. Enjoy the lakeside and ski slope views from our "deer and woodland animals" themed living room with new electric fireplace. The kitchen comes complete with everything you would need to cook a full meal during your stay! It’s worth noting that one of the owners has been a professional designer for over 30 years, who’s projects have been featured in industry publications and on local radio. Guests can also rent kayaks, standup paddle boards, fishing boats, paddle boats, sailboats, and even pontoon boats! The lake often has a giant, blow-up swan and lake trampoline floating in it. It’s just a festive, resort-like atmosphere, where one can play or just relax with the breathtaking view of Big Boulder Lake as the backdrop. There’s even a Kids Camp! Note that the overwhelming majority of rental units that mention access to the club DO NOT INCLUDE the passes required to access it — They pass the cost onto their guests, which can cost well over $200. We, on the other hand pay a hefty, one-time, guest-pass fee, which INCLUDES 8 passes to the Boulder Lake Club (additional passes can be purchased directly from the club). Boulder View Tavern is also located at the Lake Club, and is open all year round. Granted, some have had bandaids, but those don’t look much better. We are proud to offer the ONLY unit that has been completely gutted and renovated with a timeless, sophisticated design. Even the doors and windows are new (interior and exterior). We also installed central AC (the overwhelming majority of Blue Heron units DO NOT have AC). Being that it's a designer home, it's outfitted in a highly-functional manner with high-end everything. From the quality furniture to the hand-forged hooks lining the hallway, rest assured knowing you will be staying somewhere special, that makes you feel like you’re on vacation. Details about the spaces follow... — THE ENTRYWAY — Upon entering LUX BOULDER CABIN guests immediately realize they are in a designer home, and can't help being captivated by the overall look and feel. A multitude wood species combine with dark metals and geometric shapes to provide an eclectic yet cohesive warmth. The overall style is a sophisticated mix of contemporary and rustic, keeping true to both its architecture, and its natural surroundings. The symmetry of the hovering spherical pendant, embroidered deer head, and distant window draws guests into the main living space. — THE GREAT ROOM — As guests enter the open-concept great room, they continue to be awed. White shiplap covering the ceiling and back wall provides subtle texture, while allowing all the wood tones to shine. The space is comprised of kitchen, bar, dining, and living areas, and just feels right. The high-end kitchen boasts a substantial wood beam, dovetailed maple cabinets, granite counters, tiled backsplash, massive sink with a beautiful faucet, new appliances, and a bar that seats 6. It’s also fully stocked with dishware, drinkware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc. Just bring your food and you’re good to go! A concealed washer and dryer are conveniently just off the kitchen. The dining area seats 8 more at a stunningly beautiful table, that was custom-made from wood salvaged from a demolished, early 1800’s farmhouse. A super-cool, schoolhouse pendant hovers overhead, and is flanked by a custom built pine shelf with hand forged iron brackets. Aside from anchoring the room and looking gorgeous, the shelf along with the storage bins allow guests to stow away items that would otherwise crowd the living spaces. Beneath the shelf hangs intricate wood and metal artwork, further pulling together all the various wood tones. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with skylight, and large canvases of local wildlife merged with landscapes the owner custom designed. A large coffee table melds together a massive sectional sofa and two swivel club chairs. The swivel chairs allow guest to enjoy conversation, as well as the wood burning fireplace (firewood wood is included (Roughly November to March). Above the fireplace hangs a 55” LED Smart TV with a direct-wire, ethernet connection to high-speed internet (1GB/sec), as well as wireless Roku speakers that provide outstanding sound for music, movies, sports, etc. The kitchen, dining and living areas are combined, so everyone in the entire space can comfortably enjoy each other’s company, the TV, and the fireplace. Even the lighting was well thought out with perfectly placed, beautiful fixtures and LED dimmers. This is a warm, sophisticated space that lives large. There are also three, tastefully designed, themed bedrooms and two full, luxurious baths. Two of the bedrooms have connecting bathrooms, which equates to two master bedrooms! How sweet is that? — BEDROOM & BATHROOM 1 — The Lux-Rustic Bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and has a queen bed with luxurious bedding. With authentic Spanish furniture, heavy barn doors with hand forged hardware, and a large mirror crafted from reclaimed, Bucks County barn wood, this room needed a something truly special to anchor it all. The solution was wall a mural custom-designed by the owner. This room really just makes guests feel like they’re on vacation in the mountains. It also has a 37” LED Smart TV and private access to the truly stunning downstairs bathroom. The show-stoppers of the downstairs bathroom are the mosaic marble tiled shower, and high-end fixtures. Squares and rectangles are the reoccurring and unifying shapes in this contemporary, spa-like bathroom. The rain-shower head makes for a truly refreshing bathing experience. Chair-height toilets were selected for both bathrooms. — BEDROOM & BATHROOM 2 — The Lux-Treehouse Bedroom is the largest of the 3 bedrooms and is located on the second floor. While relaxing in an upholstered queen bed, guests feel like they are high up in the mature trees just outside the windows. A restored, antique dresser melds perfectly with other quality furnishings to give this room an eclectic, yet sophisticated vibe. It too is equipped with a 37” LED Smart TV and has private access to an equally stunning bathroom. Speaking of the upstairs bathroom — It’s gorgeous. Sleek black tiled floors and walls are the perfect backdrop for both the high-end, marble vanity with double sinks, and the vessel tub, which looks like a piece of pottery. The bathroom is completed with a new shower with bifold glass doors and a soothing rain shower head. — BEDROOM 3 — The Lux Lodge Bedroom has a massive Twin XL over Queen, Aspen log bunk with tons of headroom down below, so guests can hang out in comfort and enjoy the 50” LED Smart TV. There’s also an upholstered daybed with trundle, which provides a nice contrast to the organic look of the log bed, as well as additional seating. Guests can also access the small balcony, which has views of mature trees and the lake. Bedroom on the first floor includes two beds, one is a trundle bed that pulls out to another bed, and a full size bed. (linens and bath towels all included) This Townhome in a prime location with a very short walk (down a gravel path from the parking lot) to the Boulder Lake Club as well as the Boulder Lake Tavern. On the weekends live music from the tavern can be heard from our deck or if you want, enjoy it at the tavern along with drinks on the lake and walk back to bed! This is one of the few units with a large walk around deck perfect for a BBQ and entertaining. For families wishing to spend quality time at home, a flat screen TV with basic cable, along with books and games. A fully equipped kitchen is available for home-cooked meals. There is also Air Conditioning which most units in this area does not have. Linens and bath towels are provided along with shampoo and conditioner so you do not have to pay extra or pack your own! It is ranked as one of the top snowboard mountains on the East Coast. In the summer our townhouse is just steps from the Boulder Lake Club which offers a heated pool, beach, children’s activities, playground and boat rentals (pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, rowboats and paddle boats/boards). The townhouse is a minute walk to the Boulder View Tavern and minutes from other restaurants such as Louie’s Steakhouse, Nick’s Lake House, Shenanagins as well as Camelback Mountain, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark & Split Rock water park. White water rafting, outlet shopping, casino, horseback riding, golf and hiking are also minutes away. You are ½ mile from Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski resorts. HOME DETAILS: Bedroom 1: 1st floor, Queen size bed, 32” flat screen tv, connecting door to 1st floor bathroom with tub, shower and double sinks. Bedroom 2: 2nd floor Large room with 1 Queen size, 2 single beds, full double closets and a 32” flat screen tv. Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, 32” flat screen tv, small balcony with partial view of Big Boulder Lake. The back balcony offers a nice place to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Kitchen: Full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker), dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, etc. Living room: Sitting atop the wood burning fireplace is a 40” flat screened smart TV, huge comfortable sectional sofa and an assortment of board games for the family. *PLEASE NOTE: Towels, linens (sheets) and paper products will NOT be provided. This is a very spacious 1390 square foot 2 bedroom 2 full bath townhouse in the scenic and relaxing Lake Harmony. Upstairs bedroom has two Queen beds along with its own private en suite. Bedroom on the first floor includes two beds, one is a trundle bed that pulls out to another bed, and a full size bed. Living room has a pull out couch for extra sleep space. This Townhome in a prime location with a very short walk (down a gravel path from the parking lot) to the Boulder Lake Club as well as the Boulder Lake Tavern. On the weekends live music from the tavern can be heard from our deck or if you want, enjoy it at the tavern along with drinks on the lake and walk back to bed! This is one of the few units with a large walk around deck perfect for a BBQ and entertaining. For families wishing to spend quality time at home, a flat screen TV equipped with Chromcast is available along with books and games. A fully equipped kitchen is available for home-cooked meals. There is also Air Conditioning which most units in this area does not have. Linens and bath towels are provided along with shampoo and conditioner so you do not have to pay extra or pack your own! SUMMER TIME ONLY: Access to the Boulder Lake Club is included ( up to 8 passes) for no additional charge! Access to the lake club is only available during the summer months ( Memorial day weekend to Labor Day). We are pet friendly and allow one dog during your stay with a $100 pet charge per stay.
